European Vending Experience 2025
WHAT IS EVEX?
The EVA organises annually the European Vending Experience (EVEX) in collaboration with a national vending association.
While the programme is flexible, EVEX typically combines two days of conferences, networking, cultural activities and a commercial exhibition, as well as the EVA Annual General Assembly meeting. Since the first edition in 2015, EVEX has been held in Malaga, Cannes, Rome, Seville, Milan, Bonn, Bucharest and most recently in Cannes.

We are the pan-European Association for the coffee service and vending industry, and the reference for standards and data about our industry for members and relevant stakeholders.
The EVA is a not-for-profit trade association established in 1994, representing the interests of the whole European coffee service and vending industry vis-à-vis the European Union Institutions and other relevant authorities or bodies. The EVA is an international association governed by Belgian law and its membership comprises of both National Associations and companies.
